My name is Sierra Johnson, and I am the founder and owner of Touched by Grace Home Care Services. I have been serving in the healthcare field since 2012, with experience on both the administrative and clinical sides of care. I believe caregiving is not just a profession, but a calling rooted in faith, compassion, and service.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for individuals and families during some of life’s most challenging moments. My experience includes trauma care, post-partum care, hospice care, dementia and Alzheimer’s care, pediatrics, elderly care, personal care, and assistance with daily living. I strive to provide care that reflects God’s love through patience, kindness, and dignity.

My passion for caregiving was inspired by my late grandmother, Hazel Johnson, whose faith, strength, and love for others continue to guide my work. At Touched by Grace Home Care Services, our mission is to serve families with excellence, compassion, and integrity—bringing comfort, peace, and reassurance through faith-centered care during their time of need.
